How come you are not supposed to eat moldy bread or drink moldy beer?

Answer:
Because mold is a living thing that creates waste products and those waste products are usually very nasty and not good for you to eat. It's not like they use the bathroom and flush, they just deposit their nasty waste right there wherever they are.

I suppose you could really, besides tastingvery "earthy" or bitter, Were theres mold, theres usually bacteria, helping to break down the decomposing food. It's in cheese and fermented foods. When making real sauerkraut, theres mold on top of the batch alot of times, and you just wipe it off. It's not life threatening,

there are some nasty molds out there that
can make you very ill though
