How can someone who sleeps the same ammount as me have so much more energy than me?

what is it that makes them have so much more energy than me?
we both sleep for 8 hours every night and neither of us or on drugs!

help!
Answer:
Drink more water.
Most people dont drink enough. The more water you drink the more energy you'll eventually have plus it helps you to stay a healthy weight too. Sometimes when we feel hungry between meals its because we're in fact thirsty. Its our body telling us that we havent drank enough.
Look at gender, food intake %26 matabolism, height, weight, age!
are you over worked or under worked ..i work hard and feel tired then when i clear off on holiday i,m tired because of doing nothing lol
sometimes it has to do with diets
if you dont eat right that could be sappping up your energy
or stress can sometimes do the same thing
try eating better or relieving some stress
Different metabolism, better diet, different genes, better attitude, more interesting things to do.we're all just different.
Well as you already surmised , everyone is different. Size, body frame, metabolism all contribute to energy levels. I notice short people usually have a lot more energy, do you notice that ? I mean its like we all get the same but they have less room to spread it out so it overflows! Just a joke, but anyway thats my best answer.
it all depends on metabolism, or how you eat what you do etc. maybe your not getting good enough sleep, such as you wake up in the middle of the night and go back to sleep without realizing it.
Everyone is different. Energy levels can be effected by your state of health, your diet, your mental state (tension is very debilitating) your attitude to life, etc.
Some people do need more sleep than others. But normally energy is about diet and exercise.

Food is fuel - If you eat a well balanced diet you get all the nutrients your body needs.

Exercise - The more energy you use, the more your body wants to use it again.

If you do the above - see your doctor.
