at the moment i am really sick. my head hurts and i am coughing. what are medicines i could take so i can relieve some of the pain? tomorow i'll be in bed anyway, so what are tips i could use in order to get any better?

Sounds like a flu. Take uni-flu medication and if you have not improved in a day or two, call a doctor.

If you head hurts and you are coughing you can try cough medicine and some pain medicines. Sounds like you have a nasty cold. Try using zicam nasal spray or sucking on zinc lozenges.
Tylenol 2 Extra Strength every 4-6 hours.
Lot's of Vitamin C (1000 DV%)
Rest
Liquids
For congestion some Sudafed or Tylenol Sinus make sure there's no fever reducer/pain reducer if combined with the Extra Strength Tylenol.
