Does anybody know any techniques, natural drinks, food or any actiivity that relieves stress or Anxiety NATURALLy?

Yep. Exercise is know to be very helpful in managing stress and anxiety, along with depression. Also make sure you are getting adequate rest, control your use of alcohol and caffeine. Consider meditation and/or prayer.
