How can you sooth a upset stomach?

my mom and her friend went 2 a concert lst night and now her friend is sick on our couch. what can we/she do?
Answer:
If she is sick from partying a little too hard-crackers and water are the cure all in our cirlce. The crackers will absorb the alcohol and the water will in a sense dilute it. If she is truly just sick-like the flu, chicken broth and crackers will be good for her if she can keep them down. If she throws them up right away stick with water or clear soda to keep her hydrated. Pepto always makes me puke worse...so good luck if you try that. Sorry about her/your luck and hope she feels well soon.
Pepto Bismol.
Four ounces of Jack Daniels and a straw.
If you have no items like (gaviscon, Tums, etc.) and are desparate, just try 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water. Stir the soda in good and drink it. It has been a famous rememdy for over 100 years and in use by our family as well as others and is very effective. Not to be used daily of course.
She has a hang over, let's call it what it is. Ginger ale.
First and foremost, tons of water to rehydrate. Gatorade to replenish electrolytes. Anything with ginger, tea, ginger-ale etc.
Sounds like a hang-over. Eat crackers, bread or other absorbant starches to lay down a stable base in their stomach.
And plenty of sleep!
