HOW do I gain weight and get a bigger butt?


Answer:
If you receive answers saying to eat alot of candy and fattening foods, Those are so wrong. You can easily build up your butt by walking on an incline on the treadmill. Tighten your buttox with every stroke of your foot. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day. 5 servings of dairy, 6 to 8 grains and all the fruits and veggies you can stand. The health stores will also carry shakes of all shapes and sizes. Talk to the associate, they should be able to help you out. Good luck:)
i heard if you get alot of bread, it gives you a big butt, but im not sure.

ha ha, thats a good one from the guy! well...go to the gym and do some barbell squats,dumbell lunges and leg presses on the leg press machine,add calories to your diet and you'll see the result
