How come when I lye down on my stomach in bed it pudges out,but when I stand up it`s flat?

Answer:
Your stomach may be soft and flabby but the fact that it's flat when you stand up, I don't think that's a need to worry or complain. Otherwise, do some sit up to tighten the tummy.
